What you can’t do
- Use the tools to break New Zealand law.
- Upload content you don’t have the rights to, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”. We do our best to keep them working, but we don’t guarantee uptime, fitness for any particular purpose, or that they’ll be free of bugs. Don’t use them as the sole copy of important data — keep backups.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site is limited. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may apply where you use the tools for personal, domestic, or household purposes — it sets out rights we can’t exclude.
